1. Who we are
Kraków Tickets (krakow-tickets.pl) is an independent concierge booking service operated by Europe Places [PLACEHOLDER: registered company name, company number, registered address, VAT number]. By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms.
2. What our service is — and is not
We are not a ticket reseller and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the attractions listed, unless explicitly stated. We act as a concierge: we purchase official tickets on your behalf, in your name, directly from each attraction’s official ticket provider, and deliver them to you.
Every ticket remains subject to the issuing attraction’s own terms and conditions of entry, including its rules on timed entry slots, last admission, group size, bags, photography and conduct. We cannot vary those rules.
3. Prices and what they include
Prices shown on this site are per ticket, in euros, and include the official gate price plus our concierge service fee. The service fee covers sourcing the ticket from the official provider, verifying availability, secure delivery of your ticket, and customer support before and after your visit. The service fee is earned once your booking is confirmed and is not refundable if you cancel; it is refunded only where we cancel your booking. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The total you pay is displayed before you confirm payment. Prices and availability shown are live at the time of viewing and may change until your order is confirmed.
4. Booking and confirmation
Your order is complete only when payment has been taken and we have sent you a confirmation email. Availability is re-checked against the attraction at the moment you pay; if the slot sells out during checkout, your payment is not taken and you will be asked to choose another time.
Tickets are then purchased on your behalf and sent to you separately, by email and — where you have supplied a mobile number — by SMS.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate details, in particular the correct name, email address, date, time and number of visitors. Tickets are issued in the name you provide, and many attractions require ID matching the ticket. We cannot be held responsible for a ticket that cannot be used because the details you supplied were incorrect — though if you tell us promptly, we will do what we can to help.
You are responsible for arriving at the attraction at your booked time. Timed-entry tickets are generally not valid outside their slot.
6. Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, at our discretion — for example where a ticket cannot be obtained from the official provider, where the attraction closes, alters or cancels the slot, where a pricing or availability error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
If we cancel your booking, you receive a full refund of everything you paid us, including the service fee. That refund is our entire liability to you in respect of the cancellation.
7. Cancellations and refunds by you
Your right to cancel and the deadlines that apply are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
We are liable for delivering the ticket you ordered. We are not responsible for the attraction itself — its opening hours, closures, queues, exhibition changes, strikes, weather, or the conduct of its staff — nor for travel or accommodation costs you incur around your visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
