Who we are

Kraków Tickets (krakow-tickets.pl) is an independent concierge booking service operated by Europe Places [PLACEHOLDER: registered company name, company number, registered address, VAT number]. We buy official attraction tickets on your behalf and deliver them to you.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what is needed to buy your ticket and get it to you:

  • Your name — because tickets are issued in your name by the attraction.
  • Your email address — to send your confirmation and your ticket.
  • Your phone number — to send your ticket by SMS and to reach you if there is a problem with your visit.
  • Your booking details — the attraction, date, time and number of tickets.

We do not ask for, and never store, your card details. See “Payments” below.

We do not share your personal data

We never sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with anyone for marketing, advertising or profiling purposes. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not pass your details to data brokers.

Your data is disclosed only where it is strictly necessary to deliver the service you have paid for:

  • The attraction’s official ticket provider — your name (and, where the provider requires it, your email) is submitted to the museum or attraction so that the ticket can be issued in your name. Without this we cannot buy your ticket.
  • Stripe, our payment processor — see “Payments”.
  • Our email and SMS delivery providers, purely to transmit your confirmation and ticket to you.

Beyond this, we disclose personal data only if we are legally required to do so.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment form and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on our servers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the amount. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (via the Google gtag tag) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages are read and where people leave the booking flow — so that we can improve it.

Consent for cookies is managed through CookieYes. When you first visit, CookieYes asks whether you accept analytics cookies:

  • Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them. If you decline, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded.
  • You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer.
  • Strictly necessary cookies — those that keep your booking session and your consent choice working — are always active, because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

How long we keep your data

Booking records (name, email, phone, booking details, payment reference) are kept for as long as needed to service your booking and to meet accounting and tax obligations — [PLACEHOLDER: retention period, typically 5 years under applicable tax law]. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@krakow-tickets.pl. Note that we may need to retain booking and payment records where the law requires it, even after a deletion request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment data never touches our systems, and access to booking records is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil your order.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
